Questions, feedback, or a problem with something you bought? Here's how to reach us.

Thanks for visiting Digital Affiliate Academy. We are always happy to hear from readers and from customers, whether you have a question about a review, a problem with a product you bought, or you would just like to say hello.

If you have bought one of our products

Email us and we will sort it out. That includes a download that has not arrived, a link that does not work, or a question about the content. Our products are instant-access digital downloads and all sales are final — the full terms are on the terms page. If something has genuinely gone wrong with your order, such as a failed download or a duplicate charge, tell us and we will put it right.

If something has gone wrong with an order, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. We answer the same day and would far rather fix the problem directly.

What else we can help with

• Questions about anything in our reviews or comparisons.
• Feedback, corrections or suggestions for the site.
• General questions about getting started with an online business as a beginner.

What we can't help with

For third-party products we review, we are not the creator or official support team. If you need help with your account, billing or the content of someone else's program, please contact that product's own support team directly, as they are best placed to help.

A note on our reviews

Our reviews reflect our own honest opinions. We use affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. That never changes what we write. If you ever feel a review is out of date or inaccurate, please tell us, we would genuinely like to know.

Response times

This is a small operation, so please allow a little time for a reply to general enquiries. Anything relating to a purchase is treated as a priority.
