Please read these terms carefully before using this website or buying any of our products.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Digital Affiliate Academy website (the "Site") and your purchase of any product we sell. By accessing or using the Site, or by buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or buy from us.

About this website

Digital Affiliate Academy publishes reviews, comparisons and educational content about online business, affiliate marketing and digital-marketing training. We also create and sell our own digital products, which are listed below.

Where we review a third-party product, we are not the creator, owner or official representative of that product. Where we sell our own product, we are the creator and seller and these terms apply to that sale.

Affiliate relationship and disclosure

The Site participates in affiliate programs. This means we may include affiliate links, and if you click one and make a purchase or sign up, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never changes the price you pay, and it does not dictate our opinions. We aim to describe both the strengths and the drawbacks of any product we cover.

Some of our own paid products also contain affiliate links to third-party tools. Where they do, this is disclosed clearly inside the product itself before you reach any such link.

Products we sell

We currently sell the following digital products. All are delivered as PDF downloads. There is no physical product, no subscription and no recurring charge.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are correct at the time of purchase. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect a purchase you have already completed. Your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion charge, which is outside our control.

Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe's own terms.

Access is immediate. On successful payment you are taken directly to a download page and a receipt is emailed to you. If your download does not arrive, or the link does not work, email support@digitalaffiliateacademy.com and we will send the file to you directly.

Refunds and your cancellation rights

Statutory cancellation rights. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content. That right is lost once download begins, provided you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you will lose the right to cancel. You give that consent at checkout when you complete your purchase, before any payment is taken.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be removed or limited by agreement.

Where we will put things right. Having no refund policy does not mean we ignore genuine problems. If your download does not arrive or a link does not work, contact us and we will get the product to you. Where you have been charged twice for the same product, or charged in error, we will correct the payment — that is fixing a mistake, not a refund of a completed purchase.

License to use our products

When you buy one of our products you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it yourself. You may read it, print it and keep copies for your own use.

You may not resell it, share it, upload it, distribute it, give it away, or reproduce any part of it for anyone else, whether or not you charge for doing so. You may not use our products, in whole or in part, to create a competing product. Copyright and all other intellectual property rights remain with Digital Affiliate Academy.

We may withdraw access and refuse future purchases if this license is breached.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your purchase, please contact us first. We answer the same day and will do what we can to resolve it. Raising a chargeback without contacting us, on a digital product that has been delivered, may result in your access being withdrawn and future purchases refused.

No professional advice or guarantees

The content on this Site, and in any product we sell, is for general information and educational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, tax or professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as such.

Nothing on this Site or in any product is a promise or guarantee of income, earnings or business results. Any outcomes depend on your own effort, consistency, circumstances and factors outside our control. Many people who buy educational products of the types discussed here do not achieve significant results. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content on this Site, including text, layout, graphics and branding, is owned by or licensed to Digital Affiliate Academy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or republish our content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that could damage, disable or impair the Site or interfere with anyone else's use of it. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.

Third-party links and products

The Site, and some of our own products, contain links to third-party websites and products that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, terms, pricing, policies or practices of any third-party site or product. When you leave our Site or purchase a third-party product, that transaction is governed by the third party's own terms and conditions, which you should read before buying.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Affiliate Academy and its operators will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site, our products or their content, including any decision you make or action you take based on the information provided. You use the Site and our products at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "last updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. The terms that apply to a purchase are the ones published at the time you bought.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-law provisions that apply where you live.
