Your checklist is ready

The Niche Finder Workbook

The free checklist gives you the idea. The workbook gives you the complete step-by-step process: choose your niche, validate there's a paying audience behind it, and move forward with total clarity instead of a guess.

Your checklist is on its way to your inbox. It should arrive in the next minute or two — check your promotions tab if you don't see it. While you're here, there's something that takes it a step further.

Why the checklist isn't enough on its own

The free checklist tells you what to look for in a good niche. It doesn't walk you through actually doing the work: sitting down, working through your own interests and skills, and testing each idea against real demand.

That's exactly the gap the Workbook fills. It's the difference between knowing the theory and actually landing on your niche, with proof there's an audience worth building for.

Who this is for, and who it isn't

At $27 this is a small decision, but it's still your money. Here's the honest version.

This is for you if

  • You want to start an affiliate site and can't settle on a topic
  • You have three or four ideas and keep switching between them
  • You have one idea but no clue whether anyone would pay for anything in it
  • You've been "about to start" for weeks and haven't
  • You can give it an uninterrupted hour or two

This isn't for you if

  • You already have a niche you're confident about
  • You already have a live site with published articles
  • You want the site built for you, rather than a decision made
  • You're expecting it to pick a niche on your behalf

If you already know your topic, skip this and go straight to the 30-Day Affiliate Site Builder, which is about building the site rather than choosing what it's about.

With a clear process versus guessing

Guessing your niche

  • Pick something vague, "fitness" or "making money"
  • Build content for weeks before realizing it's too broad
  • No real proof anyone will buy anything
  • Start over, having lost real time

With the Workbook

  • Land on a specific, buildable niche
  • Validate real, paying demand before you write a word
  • Know exactly who you're writing for
  • Move into content creation with total clarity

All seven sections, listed

You're buying a PDF, so here is exactly what's in it. Every section ends with an exercise you fill in, not just something to read.

Section 1Why niche matters — what makes a niche good, the two mistakes almost every beginner makes, and the specificity rule. Ends with a specificity check exercise.
Section 2The interest and experience inventory — 24 prompts across what you know, what you enjoy and problems you've solved. About 20 minutes, and most people find their answer here.
Section 3From interest to business idea — the bridge formula that turns a raw topic into a workable niche, with five worked examples and a table for your own.
Section 4The three-question validation test — is anyone searching, is anyone spending, and could you write 50 articles about it. Roughly 20 minutes per idea.
Section 5Passion vs profit — the honest answer to the argument everyone has, plus a scored self-check out of 20 so it stops being a feeling.
Section 6The niche confidence scorecard — six criteria, three ideas, scored out of 30, with a guide to reading the result. This is the section that makes the decision for you. Reproduced in full below.
Section 7Your first three steps after you decide — exactly what to do in the next 48 hours so the decision turns into a start, plus a completion checklist.

The section that ends the deliberating

Most people don't struggle to think of niche ideas. They struggle to choose between the three they already have. Section 6 replaces that with a score. Here it is in full, copied straight from the Workbook.

Section 6
The Niche Confidence Scorecard

Score each of your top two or three niche ideas from 1 to 5 on each criterion. Add up the totals. This replaces gut feeling with a clear, rational basis for your final decision.

CriterionDescriptionIdea 1Idea 2Idea 3
Search volumeAre people searching for topics in this niche?__ / 5__ / 5__ / 5
Spending potentialDo people buy products or services in this niche?__ / 5__ / 5__ / 5
Your knowledgeDo you know or genuinely care about this topic?__ / 5__ / 5__ / 5

Long-term motivationCould you write about this for 12 or more months?__ / 5__ / 5__ / 5

The Workbook then tells you how to read the result: 25 to 30 is a strong niche, 18 to 24 is solid, 12 to 17 means reviewing your low-scoring criteria, and below 12 means a different angle. Every one of the seven sections is laid out this way.

What you have when you close it

Not a feeling of progress. Written answers, in the workbook, to the things you can't start without.

  • The niche you're committing to, written down — plus the specific audience and the problem or desire you're solving for them
  • A score out of 30 for each idea you considered, so the decision has a reason behind it rather than a mood
  • Three searches you found with real results, and three products or programs people already buy in that space — your evidence there's demand
  • Your first three article ideas, the three questions your reader asks most often
  • A domain shortlist and a 48-hour plan, so the workbook ends with something to do rather than something to think about

The thing $27 is actually buying you

It isn't information. Everything in the Workbook is knowable for free if you read enough and think hard enough. What you're paying for is not having to.

Reading blog posts and watching videos until you feel confident enough to commit. It works eventually, but "eventually" is the problem.

$27
Building on a niche that turns out to be too broad, then realizing it four months in. Thirty articles, sixty hours, and most people don't start again.
60+ hrs

That's the honest frame. It isn't that the information is worth $27. It's that an hour of structure now is cheaper than four months of finding out.

What happens after you pay

  • You go straight to a download page and the PDF opens in your browser. Save it or print it.
  • A Stripe receipt arrives by email for your records.
  • Set aside an hour or two, work through the seven sections in order, and fill in the exercises as you go.
  • You finish with a niche and a first move. What you do after that is up to you — there's nothing else you have to buy.

One thing to know before you buy

Section 7 of the Workbook points you at Wealthy Affiliate to set up your site and mentions Systeme.io in the tools list. The links to both are affiliate links, so I may earn a commission if you sign up and later upgrade to a paid plan. Both have free plans, you are never required to upgrade, and the Workbook works perfectly well if you ignore them entirely. I'd rather tell you that here than have you find it on page 14.

Who's behind this

I'm Kevin. I've been building online businesses for several years, but I started from a tough spot: I was laid off, and suddenly needed a legitimate way to earn from home.

What I found instead was noise. Endless hype, and almost no way to tell a real opportunity from an empty promise. The first month I wasted entirely on the question this Workbook answers, because nobody would give me a straight process for it.

I'd rather you skipped a purchase that wasn't right for you than bought it and regretted it. That's why there's a section above telling you not to buy this if you already have a niche.

What this isn't

  • It isn't long. One or two sittings, and that's the point, not a shortcoming.
  • It isn't a list of profitable niches to pick from. Someone else's good niche is rarely yours, and a list everyone can buy is a list everyone competes in.
  • It won't decide for you. It asks the questions in the right order and scores your answers; the commitment is still yours to make.
  • It isn't a way to make money. It's the decision you make before any of that becomes possible.
  • It isn't required. You can work this out yourself for free. This just does it in an hour instead of six weeks.
