Mastery Resources

Last updated: 17 October 2026

Every tool referenced across the four guides, in one place. PDFs go out of date; this page doesn't have to.

This is the companion page mentioned inside the Affiliate Business Mastery Blueprint. Tools change names, change pricing, and occasionally disappear. Rather than leave that buried in a PDF you downloaded months ago, anything that changes gets corrected here, and there's a dated log at the bottom so you can see what's moved since you last looked.

Before the first link: how this page makes money

Some of the links below are affiliate links, and you should assume I earn from them. Specifically, the Wealthy Affiliate and Systeme.io links are affiliate links. If you sign up through them and later upgrade to a paid plan, I may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.

Every affiliate link on this page is marked AFFILIATE LINK so you can tell at a glance. Everything else here is listed because it's genuinely useful, and I earn nothing from it.

The two core tools

These two run through all four guides. Both have genuinely free plans, and the free plans are enough to complete the Niche Finder Workbook, the 30-Day Course and most of the 90-Day Accelerator.

Wealthy Affiliate AFFILIATE LINK

Your website, hosting, keyword research with Ace and training, plus the built-in AI writing and AI image tools used in Pillar 2 of the Blueprint. Free Starter account, no card required.

Systeme.io AFFILIATE LINK

Your email list, opt-in pages and automated sequences, plus the AI-assisted email drafting referenced in Pillar 2. Free forever plan, no card required.

Research and planning

Ace · Wealthy Affiliate
Use Ace inside Wealthy Affiliate for keyword research when working through the guides. Open your business hub and ask Ace to help research keywords relevant to your audience and content ideas.
Google Keyword Planner
A free cross-check on search demand. Requires a Google Ads account, but you don't have to run ads to use it.
Google Trends
Useful for the Niche Finder Workbook’s validation test. Shows whether interest in a topic is rising, flat or fading.

Building and running the site

WordPress
The site platform itself. Installed through Wealthy Affiliate in Day 3 of the 30-Day Course.
Google Search Console
Whether Google has indexed your pages, and which keywords you're ranking for. Set up on Day 22.
Google Analytics
How many people visit and what they do. Set up alongside Search Console.
PageSpeed Insights
The speed check in Day 28 and in the 90-Day SEO checklist.
Canva
Featured images, Pinterest pins and social graphics. The free tier covers everything the guides ask for.

Affiliate programs

Day 15 of the 30-Day Course asks you to join three programs in your niche. These are the common starting points, but read each one's terms before you join, because they differ significantly on what promotion they allow.

Amazon Associates
Broadest product range, lower commission rates. Note that it does not permit affiliate links in ebooks, PDFs or emails. Website only.
ShareASale
A network hosting many individual merchant programs across most niches.
CJ Affiliate
Another large network, generally with bigger brands and stricter approval.
ClickBank
Digital products, typically higher commission rates. Quality varies a lot, so review anything before recommending it.

Worth repeating, because it catches people out. Affiliate programs commonly restrict where you may promote. Some prohibit paid search advertising, some prohibit bidding on their brand name, some prohibit links inside downloadable products. Breaching those terms is one of the most common ways people lose an affiliate account, and it usually happens by accident. Read the terms of every program before you place a single link.

Monetization beyond affiliate links

Phase 3 of the 90-Day Accelerator and Pillar 6 of the Blueprint cover these. Both have real traffic thresholds. Check current requirements directly, as they change.

Ezoic
A display ad network that accepts smaller sites than most.
Mediavine
A display ad network with a substantially higher traffic requirement. Confirm the current threshold on their own site rather than relying on any figure in a PDF.
Stripe
Taking payment for your own product, covered in Pillar 1 of the Blueprint. Works the same way for a $19 workbook as for anything else.

Paid traffic platforms

Pillar 5 of the Blueprint is an orientation to these, not a guarantee that any of them will work for you. Every platform has its own advertising policies, and platforms apply extra scrutiny to affiliate marketing, business opportunity and income-related content. Read each platform’s current policies directly before running anything.

Google Ads
High-intent search traffic. Generally the more forgiving starting point, because you're meeting demand rather than creating it.
Microsoft Advertising
Search ads on Bing. Lower click costs and thinner competition than Google, but also lower volume.
Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram. Interruption rather than intent, so creative has to work harder. Review their policies on financial products and business opportunities specifically.
Pinterest Ads
Closest to organic Pinterest. A natural first test if you already pin.
YouTube and TikTok Ads
Both need a video asset before you can start, which makes them the highest up-front commitment on this list.
